Normal turnaround time for an inspection is 48 hours, although the majority can be completed in approximately 36 hours.
Do you charge a premium rate for remote areas?
No. The rate is the same no matter where the construction has taken place. Travel costs are absorbed
by NLI.
How are inspection dates determined?
Just let us know when you want the inspection to happen when you place your order and we’ll set that date for you.
How are the inspections documented?
Detailed reports in pdf format consisting of photos from each side of the house plus other specific inspected items.
What about storage of inspection documents?
NLI creates a permanent file of each inspection. In addition, these files are accessible 24/7 through our Internet client-confidential database.
